AbstractThe article describes the results of an analytical study of medical organizations in the Sverdlovsk region. The goal of implementing federal and regional projects to take into account the actual costs of medical organizations for the provision of medical care should be to take into account the resources consumed and for each specific case of patient treatment. On the basis of the data obtained, it is possible to develop a unified federal methodology for recording the actual costs of medical organizations.
