The concept of the federal project "Increasing the accessibility of nearby medical care"

Abstract

In the decree of the Russian President from the May 7, 2018 No. 204 "On the national goals and strategic objectives for the development of the Russian Federation till the year 2024" are defined to ensure the achievement of 4 objectives and 12 targets in the healthcare system. The structure of the National project "Zdorovie" (Healthcare) includes 8 Federal projects: "Primary medical care system development", "Circulatory diseases control", "Oncology diseases control", "Children's healthcare development including the creation of modern infrastructure of medical care for children", "Providing medical organizations with the qualified medical personnel", "Methodological guidance of the national medical research centers", "Creating the uniform digital loop in healthcare based on the Uniform State Health Information System", "Development of the export of medical services" (more details are presented in this journal above).

This article presents the concept of the Federal project "Increasing the accessibility of nearby medical care". The authors analyze the main problems with the availability of primary health care in the country today and propose the main tasks for solving within the framework of this Federal project as a separate project or supplementing similar existing projects.
