The emotional burnout syndrome of doctors

AbstractThis article is devoted to the study of emotional burnout syndrome of doctors. Keywords: 383 doctors working in Chita hospitals were examined. It was established that physicians, 67.6% of physicians had formed emotional burnout syndrome. It was also revealed emotional burnout that among physicians with signs of burnout were mostly women, oncologists and doctors of ambulance.
