Conception of continuing medical education set out in the order's draft of the Russian Healthcare Ministry about additional professional medical

AbstractIn connection with transition to accreditation of health care professionals in the present article is given the analysis of the project for the regulatory legal act of the Russian Healthcare Ministry «The procedure and terms for development of professionals' and pharmaceutists' knowledge and skills through training on additional professional programs in educational and scientific organizations». This project is intended to replace the order of the Healthcare Ministry of the Russian Federation dated 03.08.2012 N 66n «On approval of the procedure and terms for development of professionals' and pharmaceutists' knowledge and skills through training on additional professional and educational programs in educational and scientific organizations». This article describes detail history of overcoming of administrative barriers in the medical education and analysеs the draft of regulatory legal act.
