AbstractThe author has calculated the conditions which make possible the growth of the life expectancy at birth up to 76 years by 2025 in the Far Eastern Federal District (by 2025), namely, an annual increase in public health financing in the Far Eastern Federal District by 10% at constant prices, a decrease in alcohol consumption by 2 times and improving the management of the industry.
