Indicators for assessing the performance of medical organizations: international experience

AbstractThe article examines the US experience in assessing the activities of medical organizations. This evaluation is based on objective and subjective indicators. The order of development of the indicators themselves, their examples and calculation methodology are given. The methodology of two ranking system is provided (one - based on data from patient questionnaires, other - comprehensive rating that includes objective and a number of subjective indicators). Analysis of present legislation for medical organizations assessment in Russia is given.
