How to analyze Healthcare Systems and generate Healthcare Development Strategy
The article considers the main stages of forming the Healthcare Development Strategy at the macro-level (country, region). Accent is placed on the analysis of data describing the status and activities of the healthcare system. In the article are given a sequence, methodology and indicators for analysis. We show the importance of choosing the right time interval for data evaluation in dynamics, the reference countries for comparison, examples explain the stages of the Strategy formation. On the example of Volga Federal district is given a table with figures for the analysis the status and activities of the healthcare systems of the RF subjects.
What can we learn from efficiency rating of Russian regional health systems
Dependence of life expectancy at birth (LEB) from the level of gross domestic product (GDP) and government health expenditure per capita is shown on the example of different countries. Also quantitative estimation of the relative influence of healthcare expenditures on LEB was carried out using panel data in Russian regions in 2007-2013.
On the basis of foreign experience of an estimation of healthcare efficiency in other countries in the world, the authors developed a new method to rank the healthcare effectiveness for the RF regions. The methodology - evaluation of the healthcare system performance, estimated using LEB, and spendings to achieve this result (state expenditure on health per capita and gross regional product per capita, as indirect indicator of the socio-economic development of the region). According to this method, was made the ranking of the healthcare systems effectiveness for the 83 RF regions in 2014. It was concluded that there are significant reserves for increasing healthcare efficiency in the Volga regions.

This article is devoted to the study of emotional burnout syndrome of doctors. Keywords: 383 doctors working in Chita hospitals were examined. It was established that physicians, 67.6% of physicians had formed emotional burnout syndrome. It was also revealed emotional burnout that among physicians with signs of burnout were mostly women, oncologists and doctors of ambulance.
