Development strategy of medical treatment facility: from idea to realization (foreign experience)
AbstractThe author gives information about the main stages of management strategy for medical institution on the example of Virginia Mason Medical Center - one of the largest US medical centers. The article describes how the strategic management model used in the production of Toyota, has been adapted to control the medical institution. The basic tools and approaches that have been used by the clinic to achieve success have been described.
