AbstractThe articLe presents the resuLts of impLementation of QuaLity Standard of the Management of Resources in pubLic hospitaLs, of the HeaLthcare Department in Moscow. Here wiLL be described different approaches of assess the operationaL efficiency of heaLth institutions (hospitaLs, incLuding chiLdren's hospitaLs, speciaLized hospitaLs, etc.), defined the basic correLations between financiaL and economic indicators of medicaL organizations and the accessibiLity to medicaL aid for popuLation.
