Health and healthcare indicators of the Far Eastern Federal District: how to reach life expectancy at birth up to 76 years by 2025. Part A
The author has calculated the conditions which make possible the growth of the life expectancy at birth up to 76 years by 2025 in the Far Eastern Federal District (by 2025), namely, an annual increase in public health financing in the Far Eastern Federal District by 10% at constant prices, a decrease in alcohol consumption by 2 times and improving the management of the industry.
Indicators for assessing the performance of medical organizations: international experience
The article examines the US experience in assessing the activities of medical organizations. This evaluation is based on objective and subjective indicators. The order of development of the indicators themselves, their examples and calculation methodology are given. The methodology of two ranking system is provided (one - based on data from patient questionnaires, other - comprehensive rating that includes objective and a number of subjective indicators). Analysis of present legislation for medical organizations assessment in Russia is given.
Efficiency of the regional healthcare systems in Russia (rating-2016)
The Higher School of Healthcare Organization and Management (VSHOUZ) has updated healthcare efficiency ranking in the regions (states) of Russia for 2016 year. This ranking shows the ability of the region to reach higher life expectancy at birth for lower public healthcare spending and lower GRP per capita. It is shown how the position of the region has changed in 2016 compared to 2015. The reasons of changes in the position are analyzed.

The trust in the medical organization
Management of domestic medical organizations (MO) is faced with a choice of their priorities and models of interaction with the population and its individual members. A social partnership, based on a relationship of trust, is one of the main objectives for a management of MO, for specialists in public relations, who work with people, since a trust of patients has an importance for the financial situation of MO. BuiLding a confidence of an individuaL to an organization means an identification of main target-factors, on which management shouLd have an impact. The proposed research describes the modeL of communication of an organization with a person when: there is no active interaction (prior interaction) between subjects of communication; their sociaL and perception processes depend on the image of an organization or its representative. The common aim of the research (theoreticaL and empiricaL) is to identify and expLore sociaL and psychoLogicaL factors, which influence on the trust to MO among medicaL services consumers.
